2017格萊美頒獎，北京時間2月13日，第59屆格萊美完整獲獎名單揭曉，阿黛爾在頒獎典禮上橫掃“年度專輯”、“年度製作”、“年度歌曲”三大通項大獎，包攬流行類別的“最佳流行歌手”和“最佳流行專輯”兩項大獎。五項提名全中無懸念成爲當晚最大贏家，她也成爲繼Taylor Swift之後格萊美歷史上第二位兩次拿下年度專輯的女藝人。
阿黛爾（Adele）五提五中成大贏家，領取年度專輯大獎時，她激動讚美碧昂斯（Beyonce），並表示《Lemonade》這張專輯會永垂不朽，臺下的碧昂斯也是眼泛淚光。懷孕堅持登臺演出的碧昂斯獲得9項提名，最終拿下兩獎，分別是最佳MV和最佳當代城市音樂專輯。
